Apr 12, 2008. The cheats all games should provide.
Let's talk about buddies. These aren't your everyday friends, but guys you hang out with on special occasions. It's natural for adults to hang out together for special reasons.

Now when you want to enjoy sports with a few buddies, you all go to the sports bar. There's beer and women to oogle. There's big screen TVs and pool. It's all very cool. But you rarely go to a bar to play videogames.

Then there's the great outdoors, where you and a few buddies go off together in the woods to hunt and fish and rafting or something. But nobody makes a big deal out of it, and it's always a fun trip.

Besides watching sports, alot of guys enjoy playing sports on a weekend morning. It's a group activity and nobody ever says look at those guys, they're playing sports! It's just accepted in society.

The problem is that now that arcades are all gone, there aren't as many places socially to go and meet buddies in the real world. And even during the eighties when arcades dominated, not many adults played those games. Of course back then, the games were so simple that adults didn't find them interesting.

Now that gaming has grown up and dominated the younger market, there needs to be acceptance in the real world since a great many gamers are also adult or at least in their college years. Acceptance in terms of a place that gives adults a chance to connect and share in their hobby of gaming like they do in other hobbies and talk about their past gaming moments like they do in sports or trips. As gaming continues to grow thanks to powerful new processors and GPUs and the audience matures from the 8-bit era to the Xbox 360 and beyond, we hope that gaming will become as important as sports or anything else in everyday life.
