Rumble Roses XX Xbox 360 ReviewThis is kinda a remake of the PS2 game, but with tag team play and more goodies, but no story. We kinda missed the story mode. It gave the girls some character. Now we have just cowgirl and Japanese babe instead of Dixie and Reiko. So basically, you're left with deciding on which character you want to oogle instead of play.

Yes we mean oogle. Because you see, Rumble Roses XX Rumble Roses XXuses the Smackdown engine. And not the newest engine either. It's just the bare essentials with a reversal, finisher, and what they call humiliation finisher. So punch, kick, and grapple until the opponent is grogy, then perform the finisher and move on to the next girl. The humiliation finisher is basically a pin move that shows you the opponent's panties while she's squirming to break the move. And she rarely breaks it if you can get the humilation finisher on her.

Rumble Roses XX ReviewThere's eleven female characters, one of which is a cyborg. They added a male character to this game called Sebastian. What for? We don't know because instead of a story, you just go around the world from ring to ring wrestling until you get the title shot, either in single player or tagteam.

But it doesn't matter since nobody weighs anything so any Rumble Roses XX Gameof the girls can perform any of the moves on anyone. You can unlock alter egos and other costumes. Each character has a good side and bad side. When you beat the game with one character, you'll unlock the opposite side of her personality. But it's just really a chance to oogle her in S&M clothing or schoolgirl outfits.

There's also a mud match, cause you know, girls have to Rumble Roses XX Review Xboxwrestle in mud for some reason. The breast physics are really nice, but the girls still look like toy dolls instead of real women. The biggest problem is that the facial features are really lacking and the muscle tone of the girls don't look realistic because you can clearly see the polygons. The music is very good and keeps the game from being too monotonous.

We simply can't give this game a good score. The girls don't look right in their body tone and the characters are suppose to be the highlight of this game. The game engine is so outdated. Usually, we let stuff like this slide because this is a "series", but using a very old version of the Smackdown engine that plays on the PS1 isn't acceptable on the 360. So what you have left is a pretty shallow game with lots of oogling. There is online play and you do get to unlock costumes and scenes. So it does have replay value, but with a wrestling engine this old, that's not much.
