Viking Battle for Asgard Xbox 360 Cheat ReviewSee if you've heard this story before. There's some angry Gods fighting, and the bad Gods want to bring chaos into the world, so the good Gods pick a champion, and that's you. So you got to stop the bad Gods from unleashing some all powerful force that will destroy everything. Sound familiar? Probably to PS2 fans.

You play the Viking warrior Skarin who wields a sword and Viking Battle for Asgard Xbox 360 Cheat Reviewaxe to fight for the Viking God Freya. You have to stop the Goddess Hel from bringing Ragnarok to the world. You do this by beating Hel's massive army of undead Vikings three times. That's because the world is divided into three large regions. Your job is to finish missions for your side, take control of strategic castles, and then fight an all out battle with Hel's undead army.

Viking Battle for Asgard Xbox 360 Cheat ReviewYou have various moves that you can use that result in alot of bloody decapitations. As the story progresses, you pick up new moves. The enemy AI isn't so great, but there's alot of them so it's real easy to get overwhelmed if you're not careful. You have a few options on how you handle the battles. You can bring along allies if you finish the missions in a certain order. You can also avoid some battles by taking on the enemy leader.

The world is good in terms of graphic detail, but there is a Viking: Battle for Asgardsense of emptiness and repetitiveness about the landscape. Some areas lack grass. Perhaps because the world isn't as alive as other games in this genre or that Vikings just don't have alot of animals living in their lands. The music is missing, except in the cutscenes. Instead, you get the sound of birds and crickets, although you don't see them.

There's no multiplayer in this game, but it's an action RPG so we didn't expect any. When there is a big battle, it's huge and epic. But for most of the game, it's only you against a few enemies and it does become repetitious in the Dynasty Warriors sense. Overall, the games pretty good if you don't mind repetitive combat.
