Aug 2, 2008. Infinite Undiscovery to hit 360 in Japan in September.

The mind bogglingly Japanese Infinite Undiscovery with the girliest-man (if that's even a word) cast in gaming history will be released in Japan on September 2. It's developed by Square Enix. Be prepared for bad writing, teenage angst, and hot babes in stockings as they try to save the world from something.

Tales of Vesperia will be released on the 360 on August 26. We commend this game for having very good cell shaded graphics, but curse it for the teenage angst-ridden plot. We'll be giving a complete review later this month.

Microsoft is releasing an update to "prepare for future growth of the service". No doubt this has to do with the Microsoft gaming SDK that's been released so you can buy all those wonderful clones of tetris made by that kid down the street. How long before we get the type of games that sank the Atari?

Seems like the price drop to the infamous $199 price point is coming sooner than we expected. Here's a screenshot of what appears to be some inventory system that lists the arcade bundle at $199 in September. Is this real or photoshop? Considering how many losers photoshop some girl's head on another girl's body, we can't say. But it would open the 360 to a flood of parents who think $199 is the most they would pay for a gaming console for their kid.
